Spring Mulch Top Dressing

The mulching of planting beds will take place between March 15th and May 15th, weather permitting, unless the customer requests otherwise. Weller Brothers uses high quality cedar mulch unless “customer” requests otherwise. The use of other products could possibly affect price. Customer agrees to pay the difference in price related to specific mulch type requests.

Spring Pruning and Bed Clean Up

Spring pruning and cleanup will occur between March 15th and May 15th, weather permitting. The service will include pruning of all necessary landscape plants and shrubs, air blowing out of all landscape beds, and debris cleanup.

Bi-Weekly or Weekly Weeding

All landscape beds will be weeded once every fourteen (14) days in concurrence with the lawn mowing service or all landscape beds will be weeded once every seven (7) days in concurrence with the lawn mowing service.

Fall Pruning and Bed Cleanup

Fall pruning and cleanup will occur between Oct 15th and the end of the season. The service will include pruning of all necessary landscape plants and shrubs, air blowing out of all landscape beds, and debris cleanup.

Sprinkler Irrigation start up and blow out

Irrigation systems will be turned on in the months of April and May, weather permitting. In concurrence with the start-up, irrigation systems will be checked for damage and functionality. Additional repairs will be completed if agreed upon by the customer. Repairs may incur additional charges. System shut-down will occur once each fall in the months of Oct and Nov and includes blowing out of remaining water in system with pressurized air.
