Job Summary and Responsibilities
Snow Removal
- 24/7 on-call including nights, weekends, and holidays
- 12 to 18+ hour shifts depending on storm conditions
- Must have reliable transportation to our shop in Tea at all times in any conditions
- Must dress appropriately for the weather - jacket, snow pants, boots, hat, gloves
- Expected to work outside in ALL weather including sub-zero temperatures, ice, and blizzard conditions
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds for entire shift
