Weller Brothers Landscaping is growing and expanding! Because of this, we are needing a Full-Time Recruiter. The primary responsibility of this position will be to attract potential candidates, create a welcome onboarding experience, and to assist with planning company events that help promote our company culture.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

Job Summary

  • Develop job descriptions.
  • Create ways to attract new talent.
  • Prescreen and interview candidates.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and HR staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates and other details.
  • Onboard new employees.
  • Assist with relocation.
  • Assist 2nd branch with recruitment and onboarding.
  • Plan events to help enforce company culture.
  • Plan and attend job fairs.
  • Plan and attend school recruiting events.
  • Reinforce core values and company mission to all employees.
  • Participate in company meetings and initiatives as appropriate.
  • Represent the company to the community in a positive manner, consistent with its marketing and customer goals.
  • Perform other general office tasks as they arise.
  • Other duties needed to help drive and fulfill the Weller Brothers mission.
  • Occasional travel (5%) to 2nd branch (Rochester, MN).

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation depending on experience.
  • Relocation is available with this position.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to work and communicate professionally with all potential applicants.
  • Ability to work and communicate with HR Management and team members.
  • The ability to work in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficient computer knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Degree in Business or related field (Preferred).
  • Microsoft Office 1 year (Required).
  • 2-3 years of Recruiting experience (Required).
  • Spanish (Desired)
